Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a talented property development professional to manage projects from concept through to completion, while also playing a key role in identifying new development and investment opportunities. You’ll help shape the built environment while contributing directly to the strategic direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Project Management
• Lead and manage property development projects, including land acquisition, planning, design, and construction coordination
• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial modelling to assess development potential
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and legal professionals to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with UK planning regulations, building standards, and sustainability requirements
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficient and high-quality outcomes
Business Development & Strategic Growth
• Identify and assess new land and development opportunities across the UK
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, agents, investors, and industry stakeholders
• Represent Breathfull 9 at property exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums
• Provide market insight and contribute to the company’s expansion strategy
• Support long-term planning and the development of new initiatives to drive sustainable growth
About You
• Proven experience in property development, real estate, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of the UK property market, planning systems, and development process
• Strong commercial awareness and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable software applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand user needs and translate them into high-quality technical solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing digital platforms, ensuring performance, usability, and security
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve development processes
